OGF series Gravity Paper Filter consists of fluid tank, waste cloth case, non-woven synthetic filter fabric (normally called filter cloth), driving system, signal system, reducer and liquid pump etc. This machine can replace filter cloth automatically, the machine will stop running after replacing of filter cloth, then start a new filtering cycle. The cleaned liquid is collected in the tank, then returned to the main machine by pump.

OVF series Hydraulic Vacuum Filter consists of driving reducer, dirty liquid tank, vacuum chamber, liquid reserve tank, pump, filter cloth and electric control system etc. After dirty liquid with impurity flows into dirty liquid tank, pump starts to run, negative pressure produced in negative
pressure chamber force dirty coolant enters into the negative pressure chamber through filter cloth to clean coolant, which is transported into the main machine by pump. Some impurity is adsorbed on the filter cloth and some clean liquid is stored in the tank. When the filter cloth is too dirty to use, the signal system will send out command, then driving reducer will replace the filter cloth automatically, after that, the machine enters into next recycle.

Automatic Cycling Pre-Coat Filtration System

A complete automatic cycling Pre-Coat filtration system consists of the Pre-Coat filter vessel, a patented slurry feeder for mixing and storing the pre-coat material, a Hydro-Vac secondary recovery filter to concentrate and remove the dirt Ioaded pre-coat powder after each filtration cycle, and a main system liquid reservoir.

The heart of the Pre-coat filtration system is a pressure vessel containing a packed array of wire-mesh-covered, perforated tubes. The tubes are attached to a baffle in the upper dome structure of the vessel. Fabrication of this assembly is such that any liquid flow, in either top-to bottom or bottom-to-top direction, must flow through the perforated tubes. The mesh-covered tubes serve as septums upon which a fine cellulose powder (or an alternative filter aid) is deposited in thin layers to form a filter cake. This filter cake permits removal of contaminant particles as small as 1/2 micron. When cellulose powder is caked on the filter septums, it becomes an excellent ultra-high filtration medium which permits liquids to flow through the microscopic pores in the cake but prevents the passage of suspended solids (i.e. contaminants). In the filtration mode of operation liquid flows vertically up through the pre-coated filter tubes into the pressure vessel dome. From there the filtered liquid is transported to a clean liquid storage tank.
