OGF series Gravity Paper Filter
OGF series Gravity Paper Filter consists of fluid tank, waste cloth case, non-woven synthetic filter fabric (normally called filter cloth), driving system, signal system, reducer and liquid pump etc. This machine can replace filter cloth automatically, the machine will stop running after replacing of filter cloth, then start a new filtering cycle. The cleaned liquid is collected in the tank, then returned to the main machine by pump.
OGF series Gravity Paper Filter can fully clear away the various metal and nonmetal tiny impurity in the coolant (oil), especially suitable for finishing machines such as various grinder, polishing machine. When magnetic impurity in filtering liquid is too much, the double-filtration can be used by adding another magnetic separator, i.e. firstly the separator clean away the most of magnetic
impurity, then filtered by filter cloth, that can effectively reduce the consumption of the filter cloth as well as improving the filtering effect.
